My father lived at Greenmar for (4) years until his unexpected passing in September of 2025. The management team and other personnel were so kind to my family during this difficult time. We were given the time to clean out the apartment, extend the lease when timelines didn't go as planned, and were very responsive to all our questions. I just moved in recently. So far... I have had some things that I have brought to the attention of the office, or just submitted on the app and they handle it. The maintenance guy that addressed my request was so professional. We also have 2 dogs. I am also impressed at how well they keep up the dog stations/ poop ?? bags! The grounds are really clean! ?? It's like a park around here! Loving and living it!
