The people who work at the office of Greenmar have always been courteous, patient and helpful with some of the problems I have which is a plus and I would recommend this place to my family and friends, I appreciate all of them so much.

My father lived at Greenmar for (4) years until his unexpected passing in September of 2025. The management team and other personnel were so kind to my family during this difficult time. We were given the time to clean out the apartment, extend the lease when timelines didn't go as planned, and were very responsive to all our questions. We really appreciate all their support during this transition and hope the next tenant is just as happy as my Dad was

I just moved in recently. So far... I have had some things that I have brought to the attention of the office, or just submitted on the app and they handle it. The maintenance guy that addressed my request was so professional. We also have 2 dogs. I am also impressed at how well they keep up the dog stations/ poop ?? bags! The grounds are really clean! ?? It's like a park around here! Loving and living it!
