Our Pet Policy

Greenmar welcomes dogs and cats
2 pets max per unit
No weight limit
Breed restrictions are as follows: Pit Bull, American Staffordshire Terrier, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Akita, Chow, Wolf Dog, or any mix of these breeds.

Pet Fees

$325 non-refundable fee for 1 pet
$40 per month for 1 pet
$425 non-refundable fee for 2 pets
$50 per month for 2 pets

We really like living here. The office staff is pleasant and easy to get along with. Maintenance are quick to make repairs and keep tenants updated on progress. I like having the pool and work out room just down the block from our apartment. Our dog loves the dog park.
